ONE TAB, ARRANGED YOUR WAYINTERACTIVE PREVIEW

Every site in view. Every time.
Stop rebuilding the same four tabs side by side. Arrange them once, then switch.
Up to eight sites in one tab.
Firefox’s built-in split view puts two tabs side by side. Flincth divides one tab into as many as eight panes: start from a layout or split any pane in two, then drag the dividers until each site has room. The proportions are saved when you let go.
Some sites say no. Flincth has a plan B.
Each pane shows its site in whichever way that site allows.
- Embedded
Inside the tab, for most sites - Attached window
A real window lined up with the pane, signed in as usual - Launcher
A card that opens the site in a normal tab
Switch the whole view at once.
Click a workspace or press the shortcut you gave it. Layout and sites change together.

Leave mid-thought. Come back to it.
Recent workspaces stay loaded while you are away, so a half-typed reply or a paused video is still there when you switch back.
Asks for nothing it doesn’t need.
No access to any site when you install it. Firefox asks for one site at a time, only when you put that site in a pane, and you can revoke each one in Firefox’s add-on settings. No analytics, no account, no server.

Arrange it once. Switch all day.
Three steps, and the arrangement is yours to keep.
01Make a workspace.
Open Flincth from the toolbar, name a workspace and pick a layout.
02Add your sites.
Type an address or pick one of your open tabs. Firefox asks permission for that one site.
03Switch in a keystroke.
Click a workspace, or press its shortcut. Everything you left open is where you left it.
Good questions.
Where do I get it for Firefox?+
From Firefox Add-ons, using the Add to Firefox button on this page. It needs Firefox 140 or later. Installing it asks for no access to any site; Firefox asks about one site at a time, when you put that site in a pane.
Is this Flincth Workspace Manager?+
No. Split View lives inside your browser and arranges websites in one tab. Flincth Workspace Manager is a separate Mac app that arranges app windows across your displays. Each works without the other.
Why does a site open in a separate window?+
Some sites refuse to be shown inside another page, and some keep you signed in with storage an embedded view cannot reach. For those, a pane can become a real browser window lined up with the pane, so the site behaves exactly as it does in a normal tab. Because it is a real window, it also appears in your window switcher and in screenshots.
How does website access work?+
Installing Flincth gives it access to no website. The first time you put a site in a pane, Firefox asks about that one site. Firefox doesn’t let extensions change framing headers, so a site that refuses to be embedded stays blank in a pane; open it as a window instead. Revoke access any time in Add-ons and themes → Flincth → Permissions.
Does Flincth see what I do on those sites?+
It never reads cookies, page content or form data. Bundled code tracks each pane’s address and provides Back and Forward. Workspaces and their latest addresses are stored in Firefox on your own device; nothing is sent to Flincth.
Where do I set keyboard shortcuts?+
Give each workspace its own shortcut when you create or edit it; those work while the Flincth tab is focused. Four more reach a workspace from anywhere in Firefox, even while you are typing in a pane. Choose which workspace each one opens in Flincth’s settings, and set their keys under Manage Extension Shortcuts in about:addons.
